Inner north classes
Yoga was introduced to me during my early teenage years as part of a family practice, though its influence waxed and waned throughout my earlier life, yoga has always provided a profound tool for self-inquiry, self-development, healing, and a source of solace within the bustling world. I strived to create authentic, dynamic, and down-to-earth experiences incorporating sound, touch, and smell with a strong focus on breath to create a unique, full-feeling journey for my students.
Drawing from training in trauma-informed practices I places a high emphasis on consent-given touch and the importance of creating safety through body autonomy in my classes. Classes are inclusive and welcoming and offer grounded and practical tools and techniques for releasing physical, mental, and emotional tension stored in the body using language that feels accessible and real.
Currently I offer six-week yoga blocks in Brunswick, Melbourne whereby students slowly build on concepts and techniques each week and fostering a sense of community and collective growth.
Private sessions
For those who would like to practice with me but are not ready to join a class or feel they need tailored programs to suit their body, private 1:1 sessions are available through home visits in Melbourne’s inner north suburbs or online.
